Could it be diabetes?!? Please help!?

Nothing in your question is remotely suggestive of diabetes. I am not all that certain that I would blame your symptoms on a recent urinary tract infection either. Nonetheless you do have a troublesome problem which requires a diagnosis. Unfortunately this forum has far too many limitations to expect a diagnosis here. You really need to see your physician. Since these problems are unusual and of great concern to you I would strongly suggest that you see your physician sooner rather than later.
