Can you help me with this enzyme substrate model?

In the activity, YOU are the enzyme and the pennies are the substrate. It's showing you that you can only flip them so fast even if there are plenty of them there and you don't have to stop to find one. I don't know if you have studied Vmax and Km but your Vmax is how fast you can flip the pennies when there are a lot of pennies there. It's basically how fast the enzyme is capable of working.
