Harry potter and the deathly hallows question WARNING:Spoilers!!?

ok after teddy is born remus makes harry the godather and harry drank some wine but at the end of the chapter harry felt wierd because of the wine (i guess he was a little drunk) and then it says ''he was on his way of becomeing as reckless as his own godfather" so does harry hate sirius or why was sirius reckless??? thanks!!
