What is wrong with appealing to authority when the average person needs guidance?
this is an imperfect world full of people who need a crutch to stand on. thinking for yourself is futile because you can deceive yourself by thinking you're this almighty philosopher in your bedroom. so what is wrong with appealing to authority?
