What is the likelihood of the vikings signing Brett Favre?

Favre just needs to stay retired and the Vikings are trying to do anything possible to keep up with the Bears and Packers, because they know that with the addition of Cutler to the Bears and the Packers defense getting another great addition they are falling behind again. I think Favre decides to stay retired and the Vikings are stuck with Jackson. I also think that Favre didn't have any intentions of returning and all this talk of Favre to the Vikings was brought about by the Vikings and the Minnesota media.
