Am i really? curious?

For a cross country runner, and a girl with the height of 5 4' ,105 is near to impossible. You are malnourished if that is the truth. i am 5 4' I run cross country as well and maintain a healthy diet, however with muscle weight i weigh 120 to 125. Either you just started cross country and are loosing fat and trying to gain muscle or you have no muscle at all. this is bad for an athlete. Hit the weights.
