yes, you should continue with those soaks.make sure to wash your hands before to prevent infection.try cleaning all around it with witch hazel,and dabbing tree oil on it.Im sure its just a hypetrophic scar,they usally go away within two weeks.if it continues and becomes a big problem you can go to a more proffesional peircers and the can usually drain it out.but DONT attempt to poke at it yourself!
