No used car dealer ship is going to give you what your car is worth, but they will charge 3 times more than what there car is worth.. I would bet they would take your cars and still expect you to pay a couple of thousand dollars. 7, 000 dollars is a little much for a 96 model car, and then they charge you taxes and title plus there fees so your looking at more that 8500 for a 16 year old car.
