I think my tadpoles r dying for sure....or full moon?

i got these cuties like may 29th and today is july 17 2010 ok...they havent frown yet which can be cooler water ok but today i loked down at them n they looked funny on their backs n motionless...then they would move n then nothing.....for hrs like this i almnost flsuhed em down the drain geez now they r lying on thieir side??/ is this death or tadpole vacation help!!!
