I m 17 years of age and i want to gain muscles and get stronger but i can barely save some money out of my pocket money after my all expenses.So to gain muscle and get stronger i have been thinking to take creatine and whey protein for 2 months( i can oonly aford dem 4 2 mnths).my ques iz dat after i stop taking creatine and whey protein but my whole day protein intake remains the same den do i loose my muscle and strength?
