Any Good Crock Pot Recipes?!?

Get a corned beef brisket. Toss it in the crock with the seasoning packet. Add a quartered large red onion, 2 or 3 quartered potatoes, a few bay leaves, some peppercorns, 4 or 5 cups of water, and a light beer. Cook on high all day. It'll just fall apart and be so tender. And leftovers make great hash.
